The buffalo we use in our jerky are raised on our ranch, Eagle’s Wing Ranch. At 8500 feet above sea level at the foot of the Continental Divide, we are family owned and operated. Our buffalo are grass fed, roam free and are not treated with any hormones. We pride ourselves with bringing you the most tender delicious jerky you will ever have the opportunity to taste.
